- SIWeb is part of the World Conservation Union (IUCN) Species Survival Commission's Social Insects Specialists Group information provision program; the International Union for the Study of Social Insects; the databases are endorsed by the International Society of Hymenopterists.
- Antbase.org and HNS are provider of ant taxonomy authority data to the Integrated Taxonomic Information System (ITIS).
- The publications accessibility project is supported in various ways by the South African Museum, Cape Town, the Natural History Museum, London, the Smithsonian Institution, the American Museum of Natural History, and the Zoological Museum, University of Sao Paulo, and an increasing number of systematics literature publishing societies and colleagues from around the world, being specifically asked for their cooperation.
